Wellbeing designed for real working lives.
Accessible yoga, movement, mobility and restorative sessions for modern workplaces.
Work can ask a lot of the body and mind.
Allya Within creates accessible wellbeing sessions that give people dedicated time to move, breathe, reset and step away from the pace of the working day.
Sessions can be adapted around the organisation, workforce, available space and schedule — from short workplace resets to regular yoga and wellbeing programmes.
A slow, floor-based practice where comfortable poses are held for longer periods, usually around three minutes. The unhurried pace allows time to gently work with the body's connective tissues, mobility and flexibility while creating space to pause and rest.
A flowing style of yoga where poses connect through smooth transitions and movement follows the breath. Sequences build gradually, with pauses between flows before moving on.
A guided practice sometimes described as “yogic sleep.” Participants rest comfortably lying down while being guided through a structured period of awareness and deep rest. No physical yoga poses are required.
Short, accessible sessions designed to fit into the working day, combining practical movement, mobility and breathing without requiring a full yoga class setup.
